“It is not true that any type of debt enforcement action is currently taking place. It is clear that, as has already been made public, FC Porto had all situations that were relevant for UEFA control purposes regularized on March 31st”, he adds. the short note shared by the dragons.
At issue are “news spread by some media”, which reported an alleged debt in the amount of 2,682,144.36 euros owed to Passion Sports Management S.A.S., the agency that represents Luis Díaz, now a Liverpool player.
The said reports also pointed to an alleged process filed by Agência Ag., in the Judicial Court of the District of Porto, in this case, in the order of 869,243.52 euros.
